Breeding - meat processing - seasoning.
All kinds of cured meat we produce are exclusively made of meat from our own breeding farm.
We process the meats directly in our farm and we don’t make use of any kind of preservatives, additives, food colours: we only add salt, pepper, some herbs and the time they need to turn into high quality cold cuts.

Animal Welfare

Our animals are born and grow up in our farm.
Cattle "Marchigiana" breed and pigs are a mix between Cinta Senese and Large White pigs. Our cattle and pigs live on the farm in a half-wild condition and are feeded with cerals and fodder at km 0 with no use of antibiotics.
