In the ancient times the seasoned sausages were kept in glases immersed in melted pork fat.
We use sunflower seed oil instead of fat in order to bring out the natural taste of sausages.
For a good preservation the sausages have to be immersed in oil: in these conditions they can be preserved for 6/8 months.
Seasoning: 25/30 days.
Ingredients: fat and lean meat, salt and pepper.
