Ragù made of pork meat, onions, laurel leaves, juniper berries and meat broth. We add a bit of flour as a thickening agent. We use a mixture of lean pork meat and "Pancetta" (fat pork meat) to obtain a Ragù with a "strong" taste, ideal for dressing egg pasta.
How to use it: Put the Ragù in a pan, heat it and toss the pasta in the sauce for a couple of minutes. Enjoy your meal! 200 Gr = 2 portions.
